Tayler Clark, MSW (she/her/hers)
Owner/Director/ LCSW/ Field Supervisor
Tayler did her undergraduate internship at The Grand Avenue Club in Milwaukee, WI. Tayler graduated in 2016 from UW-Milwaukee with her Bachelors degree in Social Work. Tayler then proceeded to work as an intern at The Center for Veterans Issues during her graduate school program. Tayler graduated with her Masters degree in social work through Aurora University. Taylers' post-grad school clinical hours were completed at Family Options Counseling. There Tayler worked with children, adolescents, teens and families with a wide range of needs. Tayler worked specifically with adoption/ foster care and the Alternatives to Sexual Assault (ASAP Program). Tayler then worked for Kenosha Community Health Center as a psychotherapist and Mental Health consulta nt to medical providers and their patients of all ages.
Tayler started Nova MHS in 2019 because she felt stuck in practices that had a, “this is how we’ve always done it” mentality. I wanted to create a space that embraced change, healthy work/ life balances and boundaries while also creating a truly safe and embracing space for clients. In 2021, Tayler expanded this practice to a group practice to reach more clients without compromising quality of services through low caseload numbers and unique treatment plans. In her free time, Tayler loves to travel, photography and Arial Lyra Yoga. Tayler has 3 fur babies (two cats and one dog).
Currently, Tayler is Training for Adoption Competency (TAC) to provide competent and informed mental healthcare to families going through the adoption process. Our goal is to serve families who are in the adoption process and specialize in working with LGBTQI+ families

Frankie
(She/Her/Hers)
Therapy Dog- In Training
Woof! Hi, my name is Frankie and I am a Tux GoldenDoodle. I was born on May 3, 2021. I may be small and silly now but I am training for a VERY special job. When I grow up I am going to be a licensed therapy dog. It is not easy to become a therapy dog, it involves a lot of training, practice and patience. I know I can do it, pass the test and become the best therapy dog ever!! I am just starting my training and will be training for a while as I am too small still to take the test. So in the meantime, I may be stopping into the office for some very important cuddles… I mean training. I am hypoallergenic and very sweet but if you do not want me in the room with you, I understand! My mom… I mean, my boss, Tayler Clark, MSW, LCSW, will ask beforehand if I can come in. I cannot wait to meet you and help you on your journey to healing!
Accepted Payment Methods: Praise, pets, cuddles and treats!
