Insurance:
Nova Mental Health Services, LLC is an out of network practice. This means we do not accept health insurance. There is a possibility, depending on your personal insurance plan, to have some of the session reimbursed through billing "out of network". You must pay 100% upfront, request an Invoice from your therapist after every session and submit that invoice to your insurance. To know your reimbursement rate for out of network, contact your insurance company.

Other Alternatives:
- We accept HSA (Health Savings Accounts) or Flex Spending Accounts
- Sliding Scale options are available to those who need it, speak to your assigned therapist for more information.
- See if your work provides EAP (employee assistance programs). These, on average, cover 8 sessions and are good for short term goals.
- Many of our clients utilize their Out of Network Benefits, offered by their PPO insurance, for reimbursement of some of the costs.
Remember, therapy is an investment in yourself.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will need to do so within 24 hours of the appointment's start time. No shows and late cancellations will be charged the full agreed upon session fee.
